If you’re looking for a way to find calm and strength, you’re in the right place.
We’re Emma and Robin and in 1999 we founded Breathe Yoga and Pilates. Yoga has supported our lives since 1988, and since becoming teachers in 1997, we’ve shared our passion with over 1200 clients in London and, more recently, worldwide.
As two professionals in our 50s with three children and many years of corporate life behind us, we know how it feels to be overwhelmed, exhausted, and navigate life’s changes, such as unexpected injuries, emotional stress, pregnancy, aging, and menopause.
Yoga and meditation have been our sanctuary, providing us with a place to find calm, reconnect with ourselves, and discover what we truly need. We simply can’t imagine life without it, and are deeply grateful for the physical, mental and emotional balance our practice gives us.
Over the past 25 years, we’ve built a community of very experienced, handpicked teachers who share our love of yoga and Pilates. Each one has taught us personally before joining our roster, ensuring every teacher meets the highest standards.
At Breathe Yoga and Pilates, we’re passionate about helping others find calm and balance and live with greater ease. While we can’t teach everyone ourselves, our incredible team is here to guide you on your journey.
